Nirvishaya Yogam
“Beyond the objects of the senses.”
Discovered through 22+ years of inner practice by Swami Maitreyananda. Decoded and made practically accessible by Maha Maitreyanandi (Shiva Putri). Five golden petals. One complete path to liberation.
The Five Golden Petals
Right Attention
Sariyaina Sraddha
The doorway to everything. Learn to place your awareness deliberately, fully and with complete presence.
Right Devotion
Sariyaina Bhakti
Not religion — genuine care for what you are doing, the person before you, and life itself. Devotion dissolves the ego's resistance.
Right Concentration
Sariyaina Ekagrata
The natural gathering of awareness. The mind becomes still not by force, but by finding its natural centre.
Right Awareness
Sariyaina Eruka
The witness state. Observe your own mind — its thoughts, emotions, fluctuations — without being swept away by any of them.
Right Vision
Sariyaina Drushthi
Reality as it truly is — unfiltered by fear, desire or memory. Every decision becomes clear. The mind becomes your instrument.

Petal 1: Right Attention (Sariyaina Sraddha)
The doorway to everything. Learn to place your awareness deliberately, fully and with complete presence — not scattered by the world.
Meditation Practice: Focus your attention on a single point of physical presence (like your heartbeat or breathing rhythm) for 5 minutes. Notice when the mind tries to pull attention away, and gently lead it back without judgment.
Daily Exercise: During any routine task (drinking water, washing hands, locking the door), perform the action with 100% sensory attention. Taste the water, feel the texture, hear the sound of the key turning.

Shunya SthitiTwo Modes of Practice
Mode 1 — As Meditation Practice
Sit in meditation. Move through the five petals sequentially. Each petal deepens naturally. Reach Shunya Sthiti — the state of pure inner stillness — instantly and naturally. No years of preparation required. No complex rituals. Just sincere practice.
Mode 2 — As Daily Living
Apply the petals while working, speaking, deciding, relating. This is not withdrawal from life — it is living fully in the world with a consciousness that is no longer enslaved by it. Every action becomes meditation. Every interaction becomes practice.
