Cancellation Policy

1. Program Cancellation Rules

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are permitted under specific conditions depending on the type of service, event, or program you have registered for.

• Live Events & Retreats: Must be canceled at least 14 days prior to the start date for a full refund (minus administrative fees).
• Online Courses: Subscription or enrollment cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

2. User Cancellation Process

To cancel a registration, subscription, or appointment, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account dashboard.
2. Navigate to your active subscriptions or event registrations.
3. Select the "Cancel" option.
4. Alternatively, you may email us at support@maitreyas.com with your booking details.

Cancellations will be confirmed via email within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Organizer Cancellation Process

Maitreyas Consciousness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, event, or course due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or situations beyond our control (force majeure).

In the event of an organizer cancellation:

• Registered participants will be notified immediately via email or phone.
• Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer of credit to a future program or event.
